My name is William Robertson McLaren, the same as my father and grandfather. My g/father was married to Elizabeth (Lizzie) Robertson. They stayed in Glasgow then Rutherglen; My father had a brother Jack who worked with John Lawrence Constctn his whole life. My fathers DOB is (c) 1915; he died in 1961. My father Willie worked for Scottish Milk and latterly was a taxi owner and driver. I have a sister Betty, a brother Gordon and an older brother Ian who died 10 years ago. Our related families are Neilly who went to Canada McLeish which is my mothers fathers name Jackson which is my mothers mothers maiden name Robertson which is my Grandmothers (fathers side) maiden name The Mcleish side was heavy in the Parkhead area of Glasgow as were Neillys and Allans.
