Rosie-Williamson I am researching John Rosie and Janet Williamson, married mid 1700s in Canisbay, Caithness, Scotland, and their descendants. There is no marriage certificate recorded, but all their children were born up there and in West Mey. The nearest relative backward could have been Walter Rosie and Janet Brotchie, but cannot confirm this - maybe someone can help. My ggrandfather Donald Rosie and his wife Mary McCallum sailed out to South Australia in 1877 and settled in Jamestown. Jennifer Lloyd nee Rosie
