Find Ancestors

I am searching for my Mother and half brother and can't find them recorded in any of the records.

My was known as Cecilia Budd at the time of my birth in 1985. Her maiden name was Aldwin, but she often unofficially used the surname of my father which was Ekins. She was born in 1956 (ish) and has a sister called Margaret.

My brother was born in the early 80's to her ex husband, and that's all I know about him.

Can anyone give me any tips on searching as mine are coming back friutless!!!

Hi Nicki, I guess I would be a some sort of brother. C was married to my dad Roland and Mark was a half brother. I haven't heard much from either of them for some time now, Have you got any further ?

Nicki,s post is now 8 years old so it's highly unlikely she will be looking for any replies now . She may not be a member anymore too

Had a quick look on the electoral rolls and she and mark were living in Bedfordshire to 2003

Maybe she just opted out of the public rolls after then

Edit they are in Northamptonshire in 2013 Cecilia is listed as surname Aldwin
