Trying to find Vincent Anthony Smith who was a Lieutenant or Lieutenant Commander in the Royal Navy and served on HMS Bigbury Bay in 1956. His age would be approx late seventies early eighties. We believe he may have retired abroad before 1977 - can anyone help?
