I know it has been a while since you posted this Diane but I have just come across it and was wondering if you had found the information you were looking for? I am researching my Crompton line in Tyrone, Derry and Donegal and was struck by the fact that putting Cleeseclough into Google, even with changes in the spelling, only comes up with Creeslough which is a village in Donegal I know well. There are a large number of Wards living around there and the names Charles and Cornelius crop up regularly in the parish registers. If you have any info about Mary Crompton I would be really interested to hear it. |
