I will look for the 1851 and look at the 1871 to determine the relationship of these children to Rachel.This is a very confused census image and not clear the relationships.

There are no Doris M Baldwin's listed in birth records for 1898-1900 it is poss she was recorded without her middle name?

To get further with this you will need to obtain the marriage cert this will show her father's name and her age at marriage and occupation of her father and also witness names-which sometimes can help with tracing a person on the records.
