Hi Christel
Our daughter was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma in Mar 2006 and started six months of chemo from early may 2006.Cant say it was easy getting through the chemo but she had a positive attitude and with loads of support she weathered the twelve sessions.
She is now two years down the line and being monitored now every six months to Oct 2009 and then yearly to 2011,She i s classed as in remission till the 5 year all clear is given.

You can do it too .am sending LOADS of Positive vibes and my sincere best wishes too

Hi Christel,

I too have cancer and am currently on my 2nd round of chemo, my first lot in '07. I will certainly Pray for you. I find, that I gain great comfort in Praying also to all the ancestors I'm researching, my "family angels." Plus, doing my research gives me a real boost. I wish you the very best of luck.

Hi there Alison, prayers for you too honeybuns - also I feel that when Christel does come back she will he heartened by the positive feedback on here - perhaps we should keep this thread going as a support network for all cancer sufferers - I know there are many on here who have had, or at the moment, are fighting this disease and the more people talk about it the better
