Hello Sharon, I don't know if you will receive this. I am your Aunt Aldona. My brother was John Carrigan of Westville, Nova Scotla. I am the mother of Bruce and Rita Carrigan. I presently live in Woodstock, Ontario. My husband is David Henderson. He is the genealogist in the family. Our email address is [email protected]. Have you tried a search on this site or friends reunited, also the White Pages. It may be better to put this on the trying to find board, with the title Nova Scotia, some Canadian members may be able to help.

John Carrigan was born 1922 in Westville Nova Scotia. His Father's name was Patrick and is mother's name Harriet. His brother's name was Bruce and sister's name Aldona. I am John Carrigan's daughter Sharon. John also had two sons named John and Kevin. We left Nova Scotia aprox. 1949/50 to live in Toronto. John, Kevin and myself sailed to the UK in 1955 with our mother Margaret. Dad, folowed us 1956. I have just started my family tree and would like to find my cousins, Bruce and Rita, who are the children of Aldona. I am visiting Nova Scotia August 2009 and would appreciate any information available.
