Hi Peeps me again....

I appear to have lost a relative.... Ms Haystack married a guy somewhere in the middle of England. I think the marriage took place sometime after 1837 and before 1901.

All i know is they had one child Norman Eedle.

Now i need help placing Mr Eedle with Ms Haystack on a census.

Does anyone have these people in their tree... Hot matches has given a few suggestions but nothing really relevant.

Looking forward to your replies ;-)

Thanks for that Tania.

I do wonder if he is mine tho?.... I was fairly sure i needed to place N Eedle and Ms Haystick somewhere in Central England?

I'm sure someone said they lived up the hill from a town called Swanny?

are you sure they were not from up the Swanee River rather than up the hill

could you define Central England please. To us Northeners that could be Staffs, Derbys etc

I expect a reply within minutes please with the answers!

Sorry Ann, i was up the creek, looking for my paddles...

I'm fairly certain they were from the dunroaming area?

I have all the details on the other side of the family, the father on that side was interesting, Rocky Horse (Skit to his mates), now he has a really rare name, but strangely very difficult to find...

If only i could find Norman Eedle and Ms Haystack..... they are proving impossible...

Tracey .... ;-)

Im sorry but have you any proof that Norman Eedles mum was Ms Haystack......or are you going on family gossip

I have looked on all the census right up to 2001 and can't find them anywhere

Oh wow you have access to the 2001 census???....thats amazing..... Can you please tell me how i can access that??

Wow thats sooooo cool, please please tell me, sadly it's was family stories that have been passed down, Uncle Jack used to tell me about all the things that happened in the family, but sadly now Uncle Anory has passed onto the other side, and he doesn't have a phone in Scotland.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Well...yesterday was starting to get too serious, and i figured... what the heck!!!

I've had a few messages, but all are "thats soooo funny".... and i think i've covered every angle we get from noobies and co.

The only thing i've not covered is the ignorances and anger we get...but then this is all about avoiding them and ligtening the mood a little!!!

Glad you like it.
