Gee Report 31 Jul 2009 10:41

Dont bother with the certs, I find if you guess and make things up as you go you get far a more interesting family tree!

And...someone on here will put you right anyway

They're good them people who work for GR they find out all sorts for you even when you give them the wrong details...brilliant!

WayneTracey

WayneTracey Report 31 Jul 2009 16:10

well Christine...

I was dancing for the towel as i was pleased that we are related, then i realised i wasn't as demented as some...

However i agree with some of the comments made here today, thems peeps as GR are amazin at findin peeps that what we has lost contakt wiv ova time init.

I love a well guessed tree, far more interesting than a real fully established tree....

I had forgotten this one too and figured i needed a laugh last night....

Sadly today i need a bigger one, the Pub i love so dearly and is my 2nd home (i probably do 70 hours a week there working) got broken into in the early hours of this morning and it was heartbreaking going in there today to see the devastation these crooks had made....

I have sat and read this again tonight.... and while it's a tongue in cheek look on life here it's also a very good example of how we all rally round to keep our spirits high.

You are welcome to the "rally"that goes past my door twice a year at around 3 am.
But sorry to hear about the woes, hope they left you a little vody to see you through all the cleaning up.

Had it happen to me at a place I worked in Kings cross,no not that kind of work you BAD people.
I worked many years in betting shops, but the other prob would have paid better.
Mind you, maybe not with my Boat Race.

Although my grandad did say that you dont look at the mantlepiece when your poking the fire !
Also that if you werent in bed by 11pm you may as well go home.
My mother used to go up the wall at him for telling us impressionable kids things like that.

Edit,I have to add this other saying of his as well.
Enjoy yerself girl, your a long time dead,I should know, Im a mortician...

Oh dear, just realised, number 3 son lives with the undertakers daughter ! it must be in the blood...
