Hi Emma
Thank you for your look up offer. I'd like some help with tracing my gt grand parents JAMES LAVELL c1811 and SARAH LAVELL c 1819 (nee LUNDIE)
They emigrated to Glasgow from Ireland sometime between 1839 and 1854 with their daughter Catherine c1839. They had two further children born in Glasgow, James c 1854 and Jane 21/6/1857.
The whole family appear on the 1861 census for Glasgow but in 1871 only Sarah 52 and Jane 13 are listed (in Kilbirnie, Ayreshire). Jane eventually moved to Leeds with her four children. Any help to find out what happened to James and Sarah would be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards
Pauline
