Find Ancestors

Hello All,
From the marriage cert(which I have in front of me).
4th April 1904 at Prim, Meth, Church, Park Terrace ,Pontypool. Ernest Frank Davies ,21 Batchelor,Stocktaker at Ironworks.87 High St. P/Pool. Father, William Davies(deceased) Seaman.
Rachel Williams,18,spinster,Gibson's Square,High St. P/pool. Father John Williams, Collier.
Witnesses..David Williams and Agnes Howells.
Brother and sister of bride.
As far as I can see(as yet) there isn't a direct connection between Thomas Davies and Isaac Davies....although,it's a possibility, given the addresses!
And my Father's birth cert. does give Ernest and Rachel as parents.
As far as Lily's marriage goes,that is one of the things I am trying to find out.Ideally, I would like Ernest and Lily's birth certs, then I would have Sarah's maiden name(which could be Davies).
And ,Fannybygaslight, that is the family in 1911 .
To sum up. I need to know Ernest and/or Lily Davies' Dob to continue with my family history.I have failed to find them so far. !n 1891, there was an Ernest and Lily Davies, with mother Sarah a widow....when Ernest married
in 1904 his father had died. That's what makes me think I have the right family.

Hello Again,
Just to clear up one little item, LadyKira mentioned that" Thomas's father was Isaac, not William". That may be true, but,according to the 1891, Thomas was Sarah's brother which would make him William's brother in law.However(and this is where it gets confusing) The children were down as son and daughter of Thomas........who was single! I am of the mind that the enumerator mixed them up...and Thomas, although single ,was Sarah's brother in law,and the kids were hers!
