I fried the peppers, onions and spices in Ghee

Then, blended toms, with an onion and added to the pan

Hour later, added paneer and pre-cooked (half cooked) baby spuds

Just added a touch of double cream

Rice is on.....nan cooking

Edit: Don't over cook paneer!

Ghee is nice but paneer can be very 'icky !!!

Help needed on the spicies here !!! and a little extra texture to mix.

I can now sit back a chill

I have my curry (paneer, potato & peppers) simmering away.

It's the first time I've used 'Ghee' instead of olive oil

He started yesterday and it needed another coat today :-)

I got him a card that has a badge that says "The Boss"

The instructions inside tell him he has to return it to me tomorrow ;-)

You're making him paint on his birthday?

I missed out on breakfast. No appetite with this cold :-(

DIL and girls just away they came in with Grampas birthday card and present and a cake.

We had to put candles on the cake so they could help blow them out :-)

Grampa is now finishing off the painting in the hall then we need to do a food shop

Oh the joys :-(

I was just having a peaceful little look at those peregrines when a 'kamikaze pigeon' slammed into my office window at full speed ! - It frightened the life out of me :-0 :-0

I do hope those peregrines have more sense when they decide to take flight ;-)

Girls were good today we went out for lunch then came home and emptied the toy box :-( :-D

I am thinking about leaving this 'sham' of a site

It's just not worth my energy

I have accounts on other sites,

The winds are at 45mph now so I will have to sleep with the windows closed :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

They are getting very brave too, standing on the ledge!

The weather here is more like late Oct rather than June :-(

A year after they re-surfaced the roads here, they coming back to do the paths, which incidentally are treacherous at the moment

Just popped in to say hello :-) :-)

Been busy we have bought paint to do downstairs, hall and stairs and small bedroom.

Then had the girls overnight :-)

We have them the next two days

FIL has got his sheltered flat at last. Painters been in and also got measured up for carpets at the weekend .

Hoping to get him moved in shortly .

Oh and we found more photos :-)
