Good morning all :-)

Lovely teacakes Ginns - Thank you <3 <3 <3

It's a lovely sunny day here and we are having grandchildren today - I think we might go to the Donkey Sanctuary and visit the animals.

I had better get a picnic ready......

See you later,

Dea Xxx

Gins Report 14 Apr 2014 07:05

Hey Mo~~~~~~~~~~

Are you celebrating or just 'getting through'!!!!

Kettle is on and toasted teacakes all round

MaureeninNY Report 13 Apr 2014 21:52

There's no chance that caviar........ :-P

Yes,Gins, your husband is trying to kill you.

OH (Mike) and I are getting through our 35th on Monday.

Gins Report 13 Apr 2014 18:41

I'm missing Jonesey' comments after a Blades match

The boys did themselves proud, despite a loss to Hull

Jonesey......Up The Blades

Linda Report 13 Apr 2014 12:20

Oer Gins hope you have made him wash the floor.

At your age you could have done yourself a serious injury ;-) <3

Now the question is do we get the hall cupboard back to rights now that we don't need access to under the floor :-)

Lazy day until everyone comes for dinner.

Gins Report 13 Apr 2014 08:36

Boiled eggs please :-)

I think JB is trying to 'finish me off'

Making a cuppa this morning and I went sliding from one end of the kitchen to other!

Telling him of my near miss.........'oh yes. I spilled a dish of olives last night, I thought I had mopped it all up'

:-0 :-0 :-0 :-0 :-0

Cynthia Report 13 Apr 2014 08:34

Good morning and thank you Dea......I'll have a 'dippy' egg please...... :-D

I'll pass on the frog spawn too Gins....... :-S

Have been up since just after 6.30am. and feel as though I have done a full day's work already! Lamb hotpot in the slow cooker. Haven't used neck of lamb since I don't know when so I hope it turns out okay... :-S

A quick browse and off to you-know-where.....'tis a special day an' all!! ;-)

Dea Report 13 Apr 2014 08:12

Good morning all :-)

Well, it's either boiled eggs and toast soldiers, bacon butties or cheese toasties this morning folks.

Take your pick......................

Dea Xxx

Dea Report 12 Apr 2014 20:46

Ooooerrr Gins - I think I could do without the 'spawn' thank you very much !!

Dea Xxx

Linda Report 12 Apr 2014 20:15

Only just got time to pop in.

Had the girls for a couple of hours (4ish)

Gave them lunch when they arrived then went out to the shopping centre.

I just couldn't face them demolishing the place when I has only just got it back to rights after last week ;-) ;-)

Gins hope the spawn is now in the park.

OH is away to pick up something to eat and we have an empty nest if only for a few hours :-)

Gins Report 12 Apr 2014 16:38

I've posted a photo of the spawn, on the dark side

Gins Report 12 Apr 2014 16:24

What kind of 'birds'!

Dea Report 12 Apr 2014 16:23

I seem to remember somewhere in the back of my mind that Jonesey had a HUGE park opposite his house - Didn't he tell us about all the birds etc. that he watched over there?

Dea x

Gins Report 12 Apr 2014 16:13

Thanks Dea

The park is just over the road, I can take them there.

Why would mom lay her spawn without water?

I've Googled and cant find anything to help

Dea Report 12 Apr 2014 15:59

Nip down to B & Q Ginns and pick up a LARGE kiddies paddling pool for little more than a fiver! OR - Get a bucket out! - depending on how large an area you think they need. :-S

You are quite right - 'our Jonesey' would know !

There was something in the newspaper the other day about having to change all your passwords on all your sites as there has been a problem and all our sites are at risk !!..................... I suddenly said to my husband that Jonesey would know what it was all about as he was very knowledgeable about these things. :-( :-(

Back to your frog spawn then............

Scrape them ALL into a bucket and take them down to the nearest bit of water available...................

Dea Xxx

Gins Report 12 Apr 2014 15:51

Just been out the back and on the decking is HUGE pile of frog spawn

I don't have a pond, I guess they will die without water :-(

Suggestions please

This is where our Jonesey would step in

Dea Report 12 Apr 2014 08:36

Good morning all :-)

Thanks Ginns - I will need 3 cups of tea and my bacon butties this morning please as I need to wake up ! - HORRIBLE, horrible dreams last night so every time I woke up I didn't want to go back to sleep ! :-( :-( :-(

Still, these lovely bacon butties will cheer me up and I will have a toasted teacake with lots of butter for my pud :-D :-D

Have a good day everyone <3

Dea Xxx

Cynthia Report 12 Apr 2014 08:35

Good morning and thank you for the bacon butties Gins......I may have a toasted teacake a bit later - if Dea leaves any of course.... :-D

Spotted Toots popping in - Hi Toots.....lovely to see you ~~~~~~

Hope the little one gets sorted soon Linds and Dea, your grandchildren have obviously inherited a lot of artistic talent from you :-D :-D

Not sure what I am doing today but it's bound to be something which involves shops...........I'd actually quite like to just sit and play genealogy for a while.....maybe later...... :-)

Gins Report 12 Apr 2014 07:50

Mornin all~~~~~~

Breakfast: toasted teacakes, bacon butties and lots of tea and coffee

Linda Report 11 Apr 2014 21:54

Gins I don't think they class it as urgent as her eardrum has already perforated.

I would love to put my Celt head on but she is their babby :-(

Dea glad they both won prizes. Well done <3
