From the marriage certificate I have managed to find (thought it was lost)
John and Florence were married in 1903, John was 24 and Florence was 20. John's father was called John, he was deceased and last occupation was a miner, lived at Stockingford. Florences's father was called George who was an axle turner who lived at 16 Portway Road (possibly in Wednesbury or West Bromwich).
There are 2 witnesses - George Adams and Amy Maria Adams.
I want to find what I can about the parents of John and Florence

So looks like George's possible marriage with Mary Cox is probably correct; no idea why Mary turns into Amy Maria in 1891, but daughter Maria in 1891 turns into Amy in 1901, and probably into Amy Maria in time to be a witness at the wedding of sister Florence/Florrie.
