There is a Felicia S Green in Scunthorpe on the electoral rolls (basic search), possibly others also.
Have you tried facebook, telephone directories, and asked for an electoral rolls search on the boards?

According to yournotme.com (a useful site) there are only four persons with that name in the UK.

There is a Richard has that name born 1950 but no place of birth in search trees on this site h,have you tried sending him a message?

they would probably be the best ones to search for on facebook, lol

I have the children's names so will see what comes up for them, but they are common names, unlike their mother, so like looking for a needle in a haystack.
Might have to subscribe to 192.com as a last resort.
