I believe Leonard Richards was born in Stourport on Severn,but i think his birth registration is Kidderminster (6c 260)

you need to bookmark freebmd !

search for a marriage between Leonard Richards and Louisa

that is the obvious one but before 1911 when the index does not match brides and grooms, only the certificate will say for sure which one married which one

I'm sure Lindsey was right about the marriage :-)

there don't seem to be births for either mother's surname with Richards ... there are Lewis Sanger births in Dudley ...

I wonder whether Leonard or Louisa died young ...

You are not looking at the other couple that is mentioned above Lewis and Sanger they are nothing to do with your couple they were just on the same page
