Im just about to go to GRO for a cert but thought i give Genes helpers ago,Im looking for my great great grandad I think his name maybe Henry Firth his son is James Firth born 1846-7 in Worsbrough York he married a Ann (Annie) Cook in 1871 ive been trying for days to find James father put to know avail,there seems to be a few james Firth in that area and around that time so im very confused about how to find out about Henry? Firth hope you can help regards Chris

They had George Firth @ 1844
Marriage??
Henry Firth A/M/J 1843 in York on same page a Mary Smelt
23 591.
1841 there is a mary Smelt age 25 in Thirsk D1 > 4

1871 Swinton Wath D14 > 45
Mary Firth now born Charlesworth Derby!!!!!!!!
George 27 = 1844 a fireman born Worsborough.

Robert Firth married Alice Hallcroft 29/11/1784.

Robert christened 22/12/1787 by Robert.

Henry christened 26/2/1815 by Robert and Ann.

Is this your Henry and his parents etc ?? Maybe.
