Member Since: March 2011 Posts: 30 Send Message	hello,i am trying to find where my grandmother, eliza ann williams was born in lancaster. i have found out from your site,that she moved to huddersfield,and she was a servant at kirkburton huddersfield. she married john fisher who was killed in world war 1. any information would be very welcome. thanks

	Hi Showgirl, when was she born? Who was her father from her marriage certificate? There are over 1,500 variations of the name Eliza Ann Williams on the 1911 census so we need to narrow it down!

	PM RECEIVED she was 36 when she married john thomas fisher i know she was a mental nurse,but dont know where she was born. i always thought she was born in lancaster. thanks for your help --------------------------- If you can tell us who her father was from her marriage certificate it may be helpful in finding the right family.

Member Since: March 2011 Posts: 30 Send Message	I have got two possible birth addresses.One in Manchester and one in Liverpool.. Fathers name could be Thomas C Williams and mothers name Eliza. I know that she had a sister ,we used to call Sally and there was a Sarah E Williams. Sally went to live in Preston and had a daughter Winifred. Thanks for you help.
