Find Ancestors

Hi All,
On the death certificate i have for Benjamin 19th November 1964 it states that P.O'Brien Cousin is the informant, living at 14 The Chase, Romford, Essex. Benjamin was living at 29, Shakespeare Rd, Romford.
In the 1901 census he is living with his Grandmother Harriet, i have'nt found any further records of him, other than his death, i already had his birth cert.
Can anyone help me please to find out who P.O'Brien is, or any suggestions.

Picked these 2 out... one same area Benjamin was born and the other is the area he died.


Maybe someone could find them in 1911 to see who they're related to ... if only for elimination.
