1861 gives her place of birth as Loughborough

I am trying to find any info on Ann after her 2nd marriage to a Samuel Meadows, after 1881 I cannot find her on any census after this date.
She married William Kirby herf 1st marriage 1855. They had 4 children James George William and John, think he died in infancy. Have not to date found a death. Any help would be appreciated. BBK
