They married 20/4/1701 in Alton Staffordshire

l know they had 1 child Charles birth 1710

l just don't know if they had anymore

I think possible that Elizabeth Lightwood was Joseph Alsop 2nd wife as the only birth for him l can find is 14/1/1680 and l have fount a marriage for him to an Elizabeth Miller on the 28/9/1699 in Shenstone Staffordshire

However l can not find a birth for her

Joseph 1st wife is Elizabeth Miller she was born on the 21/3/1679 in Wolverhampton. She married Joseph on 28/9/1699 in Shenstone Staffordshire Elizabeth Miller and Joseph Alsop had 5 kids

Look for them on the IGI on familysearch.........it's an easy site to use

There were apparently several children........but you have to remember that the mother's name was seldom included in those days. She wasn't considered relevant

I don't plan on posting the info.............much better for you to find it for yourself

I don't understand how you got back to these people without knowing what children they produced

I get most of my information from family search, Ancestry and other genes members.

I will explain how l go back. I already new that Mary Lightwood 1739 married John Forrester. I also new mary parents names Charles lightwood and Ann Dyche.

I did a search of charles Lightwood birth on Family search and came up with it and is parents named . Armed with that information l then did a marriage search William Lightwood and Mary Walker and l fount there marriage details. and there children as well. Working on the first child Elizabeth Lightwood Birth 1701 l stared looking for a marriage and l found one to a Joseph Alsop however l thought he was a bit to old at around 30s to be getting married for the 1st time in them days so l did another marriage search for Joseph and l found is 1st wife Elizabeth Miller and there 5 kids. However l could not find any children born to Joseph and Elizabeth and that why l asked for help. As for the brothers and sister of Elizabeth l did the same did a marriage search on family search So as you can see if l can't my self find the children born in marriage l will ask for help or come back to them at a later time.
