Zena, GR don't contact you when another member replies on a thread, But if you list the thread in your (watched threads) and have your settings in your account set to receive notification then you will receive an email to let you no that their has been more info added

You can search 1900/40 (and view images) at the FS site - 1890 was 99.9% destroyed.

As you can see, it gives no details abt the rest of the h/h, and even if they're all Thorne's it's not a very uncommon name without forenames.

You really need someone with an Ancestry sub to search on their site - why not precede your thread title with "Ancestry - ".
Also which guy are you interested in?
