They don't appear to be part of that family though. Benjamin, 50 is a farmer and miller in 1841.

Hi, thanks, the surname is definitely Race and Myers should be Byers. They are on the 1851 census at Bedale but not Nicholas or John. Are they in the same household?

I've put the surname Race in the 1841 census on FMP living at Bedale and nine names have come up. The only two I don't know about are a John Race and Nicholas Race. Could someone please take a look to see if they are all in the same household, or are John and Nicholas separate households. Thanks.
