Hi there, I've found 2 possible death records on Free BMD for my gggrandfather William Hood. One is in Dec quarter 1845 Vol 8, Page 173. Second is March quarter 1849 Vol 8 Page 216. I wondered if someone could possibly check these for me to see which might be the one I'm after so I can order the right certificate. I haven't been able to find a birth or christening record for him either but think he would have been born around 1780,s. He married Elizabeth Vines at Bremhill on 3 Oct 1812. They appear to have lived most of their married life in Chippenham & had 4 sons Thomas, Henry, Alfred & George. Any help in identifying the correct record would be much appreciated. |
