Find Ancestors

HELLO,

im hoping that someone maybe able tofind my granpas sister ANNIE.
in the census 1900 i think she was still living at the family farm in Aston Juxta Mundrum. and her borther JOHN my granpa was also there.
i cannot seem to find john anywhere after this last cen, so have decided i may find out what happened to him if i try and find one of his elder siblings.
I know that her borther william ended up married and living in Yorkshire.
but seems last left at the farm was.
Or maybe someone can help me find her sister Mary born 3 year earlier than annie.
I see them in 1901 cen. but would you be able to trace them further so i can see where John buckley ended up if he was living with one onf them..

i think i may have made a mistake the cen was 1891,
this is getting even more frustrating as he just dissapears.
its also hard because there are so many John buckley's.
am at a loss as what or where to look now.:(

Did your grandfather stay in South Africa? Did he marry there and have children.

You really need to start with yourself and go backwards. If you haven't done this, how do you know that the John Buckley in the above censuses is your grandfather?

Surely, if this John Buckley WAS your grandfather, he would have been married before 1901?

How have you worked back?

Have you done it systematically.....starting with yourself?

You didn't, as far as I can see, mention South Africa on your other threads about this family...........

This looks like the John Shirley found (going back through the 1901 to get this), so he can't be the one in the 1891 that PH posted:
