Trying to find information on my ancestor, Mary Bentley, born Linlithgow? 1814. Convicted 20th February, 1837, at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland and transported to Van Dieman`s Land (Tasmania) Australia, on 20th Februaury, 1837, aboard the `Atwick`

Have you tried "Search all trees" under the Search button above?

a tree on ancestry has her married to William Peeler (who you have also asked about)

they married 1838 in hobart

do you have the marriage details? are the parent's listed?

scotalnd births etc are on scotlandspeople.gov.uk

the only bentley's born in Linlthgow at that time are:
could Mary be Marion??
