Without the names of either of his parents on his death certificate, it will be difficult to identify the correct James Wilson with any certainty.

I have Mary's death cert, it is for 1870 as well, she passed about 6 months before James

I am trying to find more information on James WIlson.
I have his death cert 07 November 1870 and according to his death cert he was married to a Mary Arnot, her death cert matches his.
Unfortunately neither parents name is given on his death cert.
Census info (1861) gives him being born in Lanarkshire, Scotland.
Have tried Scotlandspeople website to no avail for both birth and marriage
