It seems that Gertrude Alice Moody who appears on the probate record is the daughter Gertrude "Annie" who appears on the 1911 census.

Maybe her father forget her middle name!

Jemima Head was my husbands' Great Grandmother. She had an illigitimate son in 1902 called William. William was my husbands' Grandfather. He was brought up by his grandparents on Clee Hill in Shropshire. I have been trying to find out more about Jemimas' life after she married Ernest Oliver and wandered if anyone knew how they came to be in Liverpool.I realise that this might be sensitive in nature and that maybe there is someone out there who would be interested to know a little more of the Head family history. Jemima was just 15 when she had william and its possible that this was all kept secret. Thank you so much for your replies.

The most obvious reason for their move to Liverpool would be the husband's employment. He was a docker.
