Well as the birth is post WW1 it may be that the bride had been married before so wouldn't marry as Wycherley.

Your best bet would to get the birth cert to see the parents names

Seems the births started a little earlier than 1924!

Can't find it on here or FreeBMD. I'm pressuming that it took place around 1915 to 1930 based on birth of a child John Wenlock in 1924.

I'm hoping it's mistranscribed and someone with a wildcard elsewhere might have some luck.
