	It tells a bit of a sad story doesn't it? When his wife died maybe he lost the plot?...........which is why Annie was away from her own family in 1911.

Now my theory is I think the open air shelter may be some sort of sanitorium bearing in mind the nurse at Wingate on the census and he is obviously Annie's brother as she was also born Hutton Cranswick.
