How to find births/deaths West Bromwich

On the 1911 census shows Joseph and Selina Cove had 6 children only 3 had survived into adulthood tried looking for which children could have been there's but quite a few Cove children died in West Bromwich as infants so don't really want to go buying lots of certificates got a feeling twins that died 1879 could have been there's as lots of twins in family....just wondered if anyone had any suggestions on how to find their babies |

When I look for the deaths of children I usually go to FreeBMD and highlight births and deaths together and then work my way through them - for example, there is this?????? |

That's what makes me think John Henry and Lily were theirs seeing as Joseph and John were also twins and throughout the generations there has been 11 sets of living twins sadly I misscarried mine the children must have been born and died between census as these 3 are only ones that show up on any of them might take pot luck and order the twins birth certificates |

Don´t forget that handsworth (Birmingham) came under the West Bromwich registration district ubtil the early 20th century. |
