Find Ancestors

Im looking into my husbands family tree and his great grandmothers family are causing me problems we have her birth certificate and this is what we know

FRANCES (FANNY) PETERS born 1856 in Wilmington, Devon to parents JANE WYATT PETERS FORMERLY HEARD AND JOHN PETERS. They were living in Wilmington at the time her birth was registered.

Any help with locating them on census records or if she had any siblings would be great.

Oooohhh Prickly Holly that could be her but it states born in London?

I would go with that 1871 personally, especially as she is in London 1881.
Probably a lot of inmates so my guess is they weren't too fussy about checking all the details!

No..........if you look at the census it was "The Union Workhouse School."
