No personal knowledge of this, but this site seems to tell you all you need to know - and there is a contact email also.

They will do searches for you I think.

Remember, the 1901 and 1911 census are free. And there was no Northern Ireland until 1921 so prior to this it's just Ireland!

If anyone wants to help or direct me, my Grandmother was Ruth Simm Born about 1897 or 1900 she had a brother called William Simm born in Balamacaret about 1895 thats all I know
