I think the starting point would be to buy a copy of the death certificate, the person registering the death may be a friend or relation - who you could try to track down.

Of all the deaths already posted for Margaret's siblings there only looks to be Diana D unaccounted for. If she is still alive and can be found she may be able to shed some light on Margaret's life. I think you'll find her marriage in 1959 & a child born in 1961 -I'll pm the details.

I've supplied some info on a possible niece of Margaret by PM as she is still alive - also some info on Margaret's brothers Ramon & Balan Peter and sister Diana. I think this is their father arriving in the UK:

Mr K R M Nair
Birth Date: abt 1908
Age: 20
Port of Departure: Brisbane, Australia
Arrival Date: 27 Sep 1928
Port of Arrival: London, England
Ports of Voyage: Melbourne
[Sydney]
[Adelaide]
Ship Name: Osterley
Search Ship Database: View the 'Osterley' in the 'Passenger Ships and Images' database
Shipping Line: Orient Steam Navigation Company
Official Number: 128287

His last permanent residence was India, he was going to 29 Darmouth Park Rd NW5, he was a student. Another on the same voyage was G K Nair (18) also a student going to 112 Gower St W1, although I don't know if he is connected.

His full name was Kuzhivilakam Ramakrishna Madhavan Nair, as found in London Gazetter 1949 - I think this may be his death:

Madhavon Nair
Birth Date: abt 1906
Date of Registration: Jul-Aug-Sep 1967
Age at Death: 61
Registration district: Brent
Inferred County: Greater London
Volume: 5a
Page: 233

Could do with some help in finding his descendants please - been trying to find living children but not much luck apart from the possible granddaughter. The other son Ramon who married in 1958 (I think) and family may have gone abroad as I can't find marriages for any of them? Though not seeing anything on Ancestry - any luck on FMP please?

I can't see anything either Flip - had a go earlier but no joy.
Might it be worth getting that death cert to see who the informant was?

Hi Jan,

Learned earlier, the informant was her sister Diana - she died of a heart attack but no other relevant details I'm afraid.

I just can't see any of Ramon's children - mmn collins (possibly 5 of them) getting married, nor can I aee a death for him or Gwendoline I can't see a death for Peter Balan or his wife Isabel J either, only thing I can find is Joanna who I think is their daughter??

Any thoughts?
