EDIT - or so I thought! I see that Dea has posted the correct marriage pairings, so back to who was Margaret?

It is not the 1872 marriage above - that John Parker married Jane Percival (Lancs BMD) !!!

Stuart - 1861 extract is the one, 1871 as widower ditto as kids with Margaret started 1877 on, 1881 is the correct John Parker plus wife, kids

Am trying to get some information on my ggf, as above, and would appreciate any help.

John married Jane, possibly Clague, and then Margaret Tarburn. The 1881/91 censuse have him in
Lancashire with children, George, Jane, John (my grandfather) and Arthur.
