Sarah Ann Judson is on the 1881 census at Smithfield Place Wellington as a boarder although there is another Judson there
There is a reference at the side( Ancestry census record) to Licences of Parole for Female Convicts so it looks like it could be her but I don't have the neccssary subscription to view it

Also from that Parole record - she was in prison in Fulham and then on parole removed to Russell House Refuge in Streatham and was given licence to leave 27 February 1886.

I don't think she got a Royal Pardon, it looks more like the licence for her release after serving her term.

A Harriet Judson was also imprisoned for 3 months hard labour.

thank you all so far you have mostly covered sarah judsons life other judsons residents on census are all related Sarah was granted release on the death of her sister in child birthso she could look after harriets two children David and Joseph her next of kin was her mother at the time of her imprisonment yet her prison record states next of kin Manchester? i have her records including her photo
