Lots of John Farrer / Farrars born 1828

How do youk now he was born Liverpool ?

Have you got him on any census ?

Who were his parents or siblings ( Richard and Mary Ann ?)
Who did he marry ?

I'm trying to find any info on John Farrer born abt 1828, probably in Liverpool. I've searched Ancestry, findmypast and FamilySearch and can't find him. The only Farrers I can find for that time period are baptisms for children of a Richard and Mary Ann Farrer but no John. Any suggestions where I can look next.
