I am also searching for Ellen Ryan, born Tipperary abt.1841; Ellen married Daniel McCarthy (Mccarty) in 1867, marriage registered in Maitland NSW Australia; the family lived in Morpeth NSW Australia; there were 5 children (Elizabeth, Thomas, Mary, Ellen Teresa, Annie); Daniel died in 1879 and is buried in the Morpeth Cemetery; some family trees indicate Ellen died in 1895, but I am having a lot of difficulty tracing her death records (lots of McCarthy and Ryan - as you can imagine); their daughter Annie, born 1879, was my grandmother, (i.e mother's mother); Annie married John Thomas Gray in Morpeth 8 August 1904.

As you can imagine, lots of deaths for Patrick Ryans.

The Ireland, Civil Registration Deaths Index on Ancestry is, unfortunately, between 1864-1958

Hi I need help trying to find the death of Patrick Ryan c1815, all I know is he died in Tipperary. He was married to Catherine Lane c1815 and had a son Patrick 1836 a daughter Alice (Ally) and I think another daughter Ellen. He died between 1843 and 1862 as his youngest daughter Ellen was born in 1843. His wife, son and daughter Ellen left Tipperary and went to Australia in 1862. Catherine is down as being a widow (age 46) Patrick (age 25) and Ellen (age 19) on the passenger list I have found, but don't know what happened to them when they got to Australia. Patrick 1815 other daughter is in England on the 1881 census married to Patrick Finn, they are my GG Grandparents, any help would be appreciated.
