If you get his birth cert, you can hopefully cross reference it with the 2 possible marriage certs you've found to see which matches up.

He would only be 78 so probably still with us

His MMN was CARTER, so very little chance of cross-referencing with marriage(s).

One assumes Carole has been told that he was/may have been her father.

Is he aware of your existence, Carole?

Yes i'm sure he know's of my exsistence - yes have looked on 192 - found 1 or 2 poss's in the Wirrel, also believe he was in the marine's in the late 40's early 50's but can't find any record's on GR - still not sure if it's him tho'. Thought GR might be able to come up with more defo' info'.

The 1st poss marriage is to a lady whose maiden name was LAND - marriage 2nd qtr 1957 - the Wirral.

The 2nd to a lady, maiden name was SHAW - marriage 3rd qtr 1960 -Ilkeston.

He was in the Liverpool area in the mid 50's & believe he married in that area.

What about the other Michael B Carter's why have you now chose a marriage in Derbyshire? do you know that he went there?

There was on born Nottinghamshire that could fit that marriage

Positive he was born in 1934 - as i said, i know he was in the liverpool area in the mid 50's. Think the Wirral marriage record is more likely to be him.
