Seeking relatives and decendents of BRUSZEWSKI and JABLONSKA HERITAGE. My Grandfather, ALEXANDER BRUZEWSKI,and Grandmother, BOLESLAWA JABLONSKA, came to the U.S.A. In 1906 with daughter Marianna, and infant son Julius from Warsaw Poland. They settled in Pennsylvania where son JOHN was born then to VanLear Kentucky where six other children were born. They then moved to Indiana. ALEXANDER had a brother, TOMASZ, who raised a family in Michigan. Would be most appreciative if reliable information is factual. GERALD CHESBRO

If you go into Ancestry and Message Boards and refer to Poland, enter surnames you are searching there are many messages regarding families seeking members from Poland. Don't forget many changed their names too.

Thank you all so very much for your time and efforts. Sorry for the late reply, but I've been off line for a couple of days. I have some information about him: His wife was called Halina - nee Jablonska, and they had 4 children, who all remained in Poland. Their village was Dzwiniaczka, in the Borszcow area. There are some interesting things coming up on the census returns for USA, and I'm wondering if Claire could have been his daughter perhaps. But thank you all again.

Hello Ann, it would also be useful if you could tell us more about him, like when he was born, was he married, who were his parents?

This sort of info might give us a better chance of tracing him.

A few Kurnitskys and Korneckis in the US but none with the name Mykhalo.

Closest is Michel Kornecki who went to NY in 1908.

Seeking help in finding any decendents of the man above. He emigrated from Poland to Canada in the 1890's. Like looking for a needle in a haystack!. The surname could have been misspelled and be Kornecki.
