I can't find a marriage for George and Victoria at the momnet but one of their children's birth certs would confirm her maiden name. A tree on Ancestry has her mother listed as Elizabeth Barton and father John Ayres. On this basis I wonder if this could be Victoria, mother and siblings in 1871?

In 1881 Victoria was listed as a hawker and the mother of this Victoria is listed as a hawker in this census
