Wish to find the parents of Henry Elliot. I have details of his marriage in 1808 to Isabell Willam Huggan at Yetholm, Roxborghshire, and i believe Crailing. Her Parents were Andrew Huggan and Jane Scott.
Henry I believe was born about 1780

Scotlandspeople site will be the way to go, unfortunately it is pay as you go. Getting the marriage records should help.

EDIT.................. Just checked what info might be on marriage records for around this date. Doesn't look like the grooms fathers name is entered.
