Are you sure about your dates?
If Henry was born 1880 and he had a son in 1930 he would have been 50yrs old?

ok so Henry didn't marry until 1928 so 1911 won't be him.:-

England & Wales, Marriage Index, 1916-2005 about Henry R Turner
Name: Henry R Turner
Spouse Surname: De Neef
Date of Registration: Jul-Aug-Sep 1928
Registration district: Richmond South
Inferred County: Surrey
Volume Number: 2a
Page Number: 1633
Find Spouse: Alice G De Neef

...................and the couple must have travelled between 1928 and 1930.

If you buy the certificate it will give you the couples ages so you can work out a date of birth for Alice and confirm the birth date of Henry.
It will also give you their father's names and occupations which may help find, or confirm anything else found.

If you have the marriage cert., then could you please give all the information there is on it.

Alices age?

Her father's name and occupation?

Henry's occupation?

Does the certificate give Henry's father's occupation?

What address do they both give as their abode at the time of the marriage?

How do you know that Alice was French?

I was worried that you were going solely on the name De neef seeming to be french. Don't rule out that she was in fact Swiss or Belgium, or even Canadian.
If she was born in french Canada then that could explain why the couple were in Canada in 1930!

Normally the couple should have left England bertween the date of marriage (1928) and birth of Jean in 1930.
Then, the family should have come back between 1930 and 1935 (date of birth of Jeanette), but I can't see anything on the incoming passenger lists?
