Find Ancestors

I am trying to find a birth record for my father and info on his parents, I can find record of his death and marriages but no birth record.
I have no idea what his parents names are but I know his date of birth. Where else can i look?

His Father's name should be on his marriage certificate.
Have you applied for it - for confirmation when you find the birth record?

If you really can't find it, you might need a marriage cert in order to find out his father's name.

As you have a hyphenated surname, is this also his surname?
If so, could he have hyphenated it after his birth so you need to look for the separate parts?

In which country do you think he was born?

Did he die in England/Wales after 1969?

If so, his place of birth should be on the death cert

His DOB was 10/04/1919 and he was born in London according to his passport.

First Marriage was to A Nuttall
Second to D Hamerson
and third was to my mum in 1981

They got divorced and she hast got her marriage cert

According to my Mum he was born Michael Venis with Trevor being his middle name he then joined the up.

Looks like Michael Blaustein died in 1918 and his wife later married Bernard Venis as mgnv found
