1871 Census Lookup Please

I have found these children on the 1871 census(GR census) .They appear to be 'lodgers'.
The problem is ,I don't know who they are living with..wouldn't think they were alone.
Would anyone have a different census to the one I am using that might name any adults there please?
West Derby Road,West Derby.Lancs.
Ann Rogers born 1861, William Rogers born 1863 and George Rogers born 1865.

That looks like a good guess..Ann was registered as Annie so could well be her

I can only see this Ann/Annie Rogers born Congleton around 1860, so might well be the correct one:

Births Dec 1860 (>99%)
ROGERS Annie Congleton 8a 245

That does look like the one on the census.
I think I need the birht cert , but it does look right
