I can find nothing on the Gonslevas family, apart from this death:

And Gins & Pam for your help too. How amazing about them being together in 1851, never picked that up before! Can you find them in 1861?

Wonder why he is showing as Matthew in 1841? Is it mistranscribed from Manuel? Shame it has 'foreign' rather than his actual birthplace, not very helpful!!!

Where did the 1817 marriage take place? I do fancy the 1815 one as a match though given the St Margaret connection.

Still looks like a bit of a dead-end though from there :-(
