hi my name is tracey gibson im trying to trace family we have in kent my great great grandfather was called john vincent gibson he married his first wife in manchester called mary ellen fullwood they had a son called john vincent gibson . they then divorced and he moved to kent where he had another family as far as i know he has about 6 or 7 brothers and a sister they originated from northern irland his sister was called caroline and i only know a couple of brothers names ie albert tommy and alexander if anyone can help id really appriciate it :-)

According to the 1881 census father was William Gibson born 1845 Salford

Do you know which part of Kent he lived in. There are so many John Gibson deaths it's difficult to know which is the correct one.

i dont think this is 1 im looking for the name is john vincent gibson he only had 1 sister but her name was caroline so i need to try and find out more information

im not to sure i do know a couple of his brother names they were albert tommy alexander

I wondered about the 1911 being the right one as no mention of being born in Ireland and i haven't found a marriage 8 +/-years to a Fullwood

my great grandad was born in 1904 his dad who is the one im trying to trace was born in roughly 1885 give or take and hes the one who married mary ellen fullwood after she and john divorced she married christopher milaine they then adopted a boy called victor so john and victor were step brothers

not finding a marriage for Mary and Christopher to get an idea of when 2nd marriage was to give some idea of when John Gibson may have married
