looking for info on the above who was born in uk in1895 give or take a year, he then lived in glasgow and married one mary lavery who was born in 1915. any info on them or their siblings appreciated,

Do you have their marriage record? If they married in Scotland this has both parents' details.

Might this be him do you think? I wonder how you know where he was born?

Note parents and oldest child born Ireland.

BMD info for Scotland is on Scotland's people website.

It is not a subscription site........you will have to purchase credits (£7.00 for 30)

BUT...........there are much stricter limitations on access to Scottish info than to that for England/Wales.........look at the SP home page for details

Also - no offence - may I ask if you actually mean 'siblings' when referring to this couple? Or do you, perhaps, mean their children?

I cannot find a marriage in Scotland for this couple.
Tried many variants without a match??
