Find Ancestors

I am try to find my great great grandfather/mother thier sons name was james dowdall
b1790/1791 and was born in chelsea middlesex. and my great great
grandparents thier daughters name was amy hinks b1796 and born in middlesex. Can any one tell me how I can find them as I I do'nt have any other information about my great great grand parents. Your help will be appreciated.
